Personal Training Options

I offer several flexible options for personal training.  I work with each client individually (or with friends!) to determine what fits their lifestyle and is most likely to result in success.  Training sessions can be done remotely (via Zoom, FaceTime, etc.) or in-person.  Wellness coaching and accountability is part of the package, helping you stay on track to reach your goals.

Pricing is flexible depending upon the type of the training session, number of sessions, and length of time of the session.  Generally speaking, I am happy to work with any budget to help you achieve your goals.
